This site is for those people that have run all the road marathons they ever want to do and are now looking for challenges that offer more variation, greater challenges that still retain the competitive element. Go Beyond provides a series of Ultra races that rival their road counter parts as well as some fantastic shorter distance races in beautiful country park locations.
Go Beyond Ultra, which was originally conceived as a not for profit fund raising vehicle for the charity Teach Africa, has put together a unique programme that covers single and multi day running and multi sport events.
The events offer stunning scenery and just the feeling of sheer freedom that the road events simply cannot offer. Each event contributes to Teach Africa and also gives participants the chance to raise money in their own right for Teach Africa or a charity of their choice. We also are very happy to work with any charity who also wants to offer their fund raisers something different from the norm.
