Wellingborough Mid Summer Madness
The Hills are back! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Using the picturesque but challenging Irchester Country Park near Wellingborough we have created a great off road race for the summer, there is something for everyone with distances of 10, 20 and 30 kilometres. Don't be fooled by the quiet county park scene though, there are some hills on this course that will take your breath away, literally. To quote one competitor from last year “today's event was great - I couldn't stop laughing on the first loop as I had never come across an event like it!”

The mass start will be at 10.00 and all competitors will run the same well marked well marshalled 2k loop which has everything, banks to climb, trails to run and a great woodland setting.

As this is a loop there will be a well stocked feed station at the start/finish area and in all other respects we will ensure you are looked after so all you need to do is enjoy the run!

I would just like to say the route was great full of different types of terrain
It was my wife's first ever race and our first ever off road runs and we couldn't fault the organisation in any way, in fact we couldn’t fault anything at all - the only downside was that she beat me
I thoroughly enjoyed the event and it was very well organised, so many thanks to all involved. I'll be back next year!
