Stunning scenery, picturesque villages and a world famous heritage site, all in the Yorkshire Dales.
Following the success of this stunning ultra we are pleased to bring the event back to North Yorkshire for 2012. One of the few Northern Ultras East of the Pennines the Round Ripon Ultra combines a relaxed village start, well stocked checkpoints, stunning scenery, free refreshments and a testing 35 mile run for an individual runner or as part of a relay team.

Entry Fees: £39.00.
Parking: There is ample off road parking immediately opposite the village hall.
Course: The course takes a circular route following the northern section of the Ripon Rowel providing a very scenic 35 mile route which includes a world heritage site, pretty Yorkshire villages, woodland tracks & open moorland, with a wonderful downhill run through Studley Royal deer park and back into Studley Roger. Time Limit: The time limit is 10 hours. Progressive cut off times exist at later CPs. See CP information.
Drinks & Refreshments: There are 4 Check Points. Each will have water, sports drink, Jelly babies and the famous Go Beyond fruit cake plus savouries at CP3. Free tea, coffee and Go Beyond Fruit cake is also available to all competitors at the finish.
Massage: Yukan Fitness will be available for sports massage after the race.
Race Goodies: Medals and Technical Apparel is provided to all finishers.
