For 2011 we are back at St Helens in Thetford Forest for a follow up to our scuccessful 2010 Off Road Duathlon.
The event in Thetford will be sprint distance comprising of a 5k Run, 20k Bike using the Forest's fantastic trails and the infamous Pits, followed by another 5k Run
There will be prize categories for Male, Female and age category prizes subject to entry levels.

Hi Steve, I really enjoyed the event today; it was well organised, well marked and marshalled and ran very smoothly.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team for putting on such a good event. The organisation was fantastic and both the run and cycle courses were excellent.
Many thanks for organising a great event, we both really enjoyed it. We felt the support and encouragement during the race from everybody was brilliant, including Sam and Jim whom both took the time to come back out onto the route to spur people on. The course was great - a real challenge for the both of us - really glad we took part.
