The "Round Ripon" Ultra 35
Quite a few people have asked me over that last couple of years why we do not have a race in the North - no reason and it was just a matter of finding the right route in the right location, I believe we have done that now and 2nd October will see the first running of the Round Ripon Ultra
This a lovely course and a great addition to the Go Beyond Ultra races

Starting in pretty hamlet of Studley Roger with the race HQ in the Village Hall and then follows the northern section of the Ripon Rowel from Ripon via North Stainley, Hackfall Woods and the river Ure, to Masham for some well earned nourishment (CP2). Then onto Ilton, Sawley and back to Studley Roger providing a very scenic 35 mile (approx) route which includes a world heritage site, pretty Yorkshire villages, woodland tracks, open moorland.
The race finishes with a wonderful downhill run through Studley Royal deer park and back into Studley Roger.
